Be a part of advancing our Wardensville community. Your giving will support the Town of Wardensville, WV. Gifts will be split evenly among three funds including: • Red Funkhouser Town Park Fund – Founded by the Wardensville Town Council in honor of Mr. Red Funkhouser, earnings from this agency fund helps support general operations and maintenance of the J. Allen Hawkins Community Park in Wardensville. • Dyer, Vance, and Harmon Wardensville Recreation Fund – Established by the 2012 Spirit of Hardy County, Les Barr, this fund provides general support to the Wardensville Community Center with specific focus on the gym and adjoining ball field. • Frances Frye and June Orndorff Fund – Created by Virginia Vance, the 2008 Spirit of Hardy County honoree, this fund memorializes two individuals who volunteered countless hours to build and maintain the J. Allen Hawkins Park in Wardensville. This field of interest fund supports public parks in the Town of Wardensville.
