As a ShelterBox Ambassador for western PA (Rotary Districts 7305 and 7280) I'm raising funds for a cause close to my heart: helping ShelterBox deliver emergency shelter and essential supplies to families who have lost everything to disaster.
This year’s campaign, Stock the Box, is all about readiness—because being prepared saves lives. By supporting ShelterBox, you're helping ensure aid is ready to go the moment disaster strikes—so no family is left waiting for shelter.
Here’s what your gift can provide: $1,000: A complete shelter package with a sturdy tent, tools, blankets, solar lights, a kitchen set, clean water, and other life-saving essentials. $250: Blankets and mattresses for a family of five to stay warm at night. $100: Emergency tools and supplies to help a family repair a damaged home. $30: The security of solar light when the power is out. Your gift helps us respond faster, reach farther, and stay ready—before the next disaster hits. Together, we can bring safety, dignity, and hope to families facing the unimaginable.
