All event attendees must register to attend, even if not participating in the walk.

TEAMS
Participants can create or join an existing team. The team captain will select the team name. Team captains have the ability to edit their team page, invite others to join, and message group members. Your event t-shirt will be personalized with your team name on the back if you have a minimum of 15 team members.
**All teams must be registered by September 1st to get a t-shirt with a team name.
If you are creating or joining a team, choose "team" when registering in the second step.
GLOW PACKAGES
You can bring your own glow items, add a Glow Package(s) to your ticket purchase (for pickup at the event), or buy at the event.
CLASSIC GLOW PACKAGE - $10: Includes 1 pair of glow glasses, 2 glow necklaces, and 4 glow bracelets.
ULTIMATE GLOW PACKAGE - $15: Includes everything in the Classic Glow Package PLUS 1 Tube (0.68 oz) of Glow Face Paint.
LUMINARIA
Purchase a personalized Luminaria Lantern for $10, IN HONOR, IN MEMORY, or IN CELEBRATION of a cancer child. The Luminarias will be lighting our walking path, purchase as many as you would like.

Meet Steve Tingle, from Sherman & Tingle Classic Rock 97.1 The Drive. Weekdays from 5:30 am til 9 am. Steve is a huge supporter of Cal's and continues to raise funds and spread awareness for our cause.

Parking is free for all participants. Vehicles can enter on Cherry Lane or Fox Valley Ice Arena parking lot.

FAQs
Are food and drinks available for purchase at the ballpark?
YES, Firewater BBQ will be selling BBQ sandwiches, chicken nuggets, hot dogs and sides. Grahams Chocolates will have an ice cream truck their for purchase as well. 20% of all food sales will be given back to Cal's to support research. The Cougar Stadium will have beer and beverages for sale too.
How do I create a team?
When registering, create a Team Name in the second step of registration.
Team Captains: When you register and create your team, your confirmation email will include login instructions to your "Toolkit" where you can customize your team page, manage your team and recruit walkers.
How do I join a team?
When registering, select the team name you are joining in the second step of registration. You must create a fundraising page to be included on a team.
How do I fundraise?
After you purchase your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email to customize your fundraising page.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There is no minimum age to participate in the event, a valid ID is required to purchase alcohol.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee a t-shirt.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed on-site.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
There is no outside food and beverage permitted inside the ballpark. Exceptions will be made to persons with special dietary and/or medical needs, such as small children, elderly or pregnant women. Alcohol of any kind brought in from the outside is not permitted. On days with expected temperatures to reach 90 degrees or above, water bottles will be permitted as long as they can be carried in a backpack, shoulder bag, etc. Coolers of any variety are strictly prohibited unless they are needed to support special dietary needs and can fit into a backpack.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, only your photo ID and email confirmation.
Where is the ballpark?
The ballpark is located on the east side of Geneva, Illinois one block south of Route 38 on Kirk Road. Check the Maps & Directions page for a map and a link for directions from your location.
How much is parking?
Free.
What time does the parking lot open?
Parking lots open one hour prior to the gates opening, 4:00 pm. There is no tailgating allowed in the parking lot at any time.
What time will the fireworks show begin?
8:15 pm
