Logo

New Roots Charter School is seeking motivated volunteers who are proficient in one or more of the subjects offered.

Our subjects include:

Math - Algebra I, Algebra II/Trig, Geometry, Statistics

English - Literature, Essay Composition, Creative Writing

Science - Contemporary Science and Technology, Earth Systems,

Social Studies - Global I/II, American History, Public Policy

Foreign Language - Spanish I/II/III/IV/V

Tutors must be able to commit to at least one 55 minute period a week.

We understand that volunteers have their own lives and obligations, so anything more than one period is greatly appreciated, but not expected.

We need volunteers to help with:

  • After School Help
    Sign up!
This is our chance as a community to offer help to students who are struggling in particular classes. If help is offered, it could be the difference between graduating and staying back a grade. Help our students fight academic stress and thrive in the class room!
