About 2018 Villa Primary School Health Fair

Integrated Health Organization (IHO) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education is hosting a pediatric health fair at the Villa Primary School on May 4th from 8am.
BMI, vision assessment and blood pressure screening will be provided for children between the ages of 5 and 12.
MANDATORY ORIENTATION TAKES PLACE ON THURSDAY MAY 3RD AT 4PM IN THE SKILLS LAB.

Application Process

There will be 2 shifts of volunteers; The AM Shift which commences at 8am and the PM Shift which commences at 10am. PLEASE CHOOSE ONE (1 ) SHIFT.

Med 3 - AM Shift

This task is filled or completed
Measure height and weight, calculate BMI for age, record BMI on the growth chart and educate the child using the graph provided. Test for visual acuity using the Snellen's Chart and check Blood Pressure; record information on the chart provided.
