Our Team Story
Lakers are a cheerful coalition of lake loving residents, family and friends. We hail primarily from the islands of Gilford and Meredith but happily welcome new members to our crew from across the Winnipesaukee region.
The Lakers were formed with a simple purpose. We wanted to offer those who love Lake Winnipesaukee an opportunity to help local programs supporting underserved children and their families.
Although we can summer in a beautiful vacation region, there are so many local needs facing underserved children. The COVID19 pandemic and resulting unemployment has made life especially hard for local children and their families.
For those who can afford to help, this is a time when that help is greatly needed.
