The Special Olympics are so dear to my heart and it is an absolute honor to be part of this amazing event. Throughout my life, I've been blessed to know some of the purest of souls like the Special Olympics Athletes. Two such angels are named Kara and Tori. Kara was my childhood friend and girls camp sister who had the gentlest of spirits. Tori is my little cousin who has my heart and does she know it!! Even on her moody days, she knows how much Charlotte loves her and manages at least a half hug for me. Please help me reach my goal for these Gifts from Heaven who never fail to show us the best way to human.
