Hello to all. As we all know it has been a very challenging year for all of us. For some, the challenge has been much greater than that for others. We as a family have continued year over year to choose this as one of our donations/fundraisers to support the children and families in need within our local community. We are not ones to reach out to raise funds as we primarily use this platform for us to make our own personal contribution. If you are looking for a way to support a child/family in need this is a great non profit to enable it. This group provides everything from food, clothing, shelter, hygienic needs holiday gifts and more to local children and families. If you are looking for a way to help, I would be honored to pass along your donation as part of my fundraising. As you may know I have been a regular participant in the Annual Patrick's Pub "Pubmania" event with some of the best people in our community. Last year this event raised $355K for the cause. Due to the challenges of today, we are committed to continue our effort in a socially responsible way and that will be at home in our own house with our family.......We will however, have a beverage while toasting a "cheers" to all of you that we may miss through this holiday season. We wish you all a safe and Happy Holidays. - The Correia's - "It's all about the kids"

About this Campaign

Rick Correia

Raising money to give children and families a helping hand while being part of something fun and exciting that makes a significant impact in our community.

The Community Challenge is the follow-on, pandemic-proof transformation of Patrick’s Pub Mania, which raised $2.3 million over 11 years for children and families in need and distributed via the Greater Lakes Region Children’s Auction.

The Community Challenge is comprised of local businesses, organizations and friends and families who create teams and creatively fundraise their way to Closing Ceremonies, where coveted awards await the top teams in this friendly but spirited challenge.

Last year, the Children’s Auction distributed $561,400 to 75 charitable organizations serving children and families - providing food, clothing, shelter, hygienic needs and Christmas gifts; funding non-profits working to provide basic and extended services for children; funding capital initiatives that improve the lives of children; and funding educational and recreational opportunities for children that could otherwise not afford.  See entire list here

It is all about raising money, giving children and families a helping hand and being part of something fun and exciting that makes a significant impact in our community.

It's all for the Kids!
