I am once again pushing myself mentally and physically, but this time with greater purpose -- I am running in support of the Tourette Association of America (TAA). As a part of Team Tourette, I look forward to running 22.4 miles over the course of three days. Each mile is more than 5,280 feet; it is more than my running journey. Rather, it is composed of thousands of strides dedicated to furthering research and support for TAA.
By helping me spread awareness of Tourette Syndrome (TS), Tic Disorders, and associated co-occurring conditions, you'll be contributing to a worthy cause and making a lasting impact for the 1 in 50 school-age children impacted by TS or tic disorder.
