Hermit Woods Winery & Eatery has grown into what it is today thanks to the generosity of our patrons, friends, and community. It has always been our mission to reciprocate this kindness by actively giving back to our community whenever and wherever we can. Over the years, The Greater Lakes Region Children's Auction has provided invaluable support, contributing millions of dollars to help meet the needs of children and families in the Lakes Region. Stepping up to help the kids of the greater Lakes Region

The 2023 Challenge is comprised of local businesses, organizations and friends and families who create teams in support of the Greater Lakes Region Children's Auction.  Working on behalf of the children and families here in our community, these committed teams creatively fundraise their way to Closing Ceremonies, where coveted awards await the top teams in this friendly but spirited challenge.


100% of the funds raised through The Challenge pass directly to the Greater Lakes Region Children's Auction. Their mission is to support children in need with a vision to ensure that every child is empowered to succeed and positively impact a thriving Greater Lakes Region community.
