PDX Pop Now! helps make local music accessible to everyone, regardless of their age or income. Our weekend-long summer festival is the epitome of our mission. It's back for the 15th year and like always, it will feature an eclectic line-up of LOCAL musicians and remain FREE and ALL-AGES. It costs around $40,000 to put on our annual festival. We do not pay the organizing team, the musicians, or festival volunteers. All donations help us pay for the permits, space, and equipment to make the festival happen. PDX Pop Now! will raise up more than 80 local artists in 2018 through our annual compilation and our 15th annual summer festival. We will also bring music and art workshop to middle-school students through our Outreach work. Everyone at PDX Pop Now! - from the year-round team to the festival volunteers and bands - volunteers their time and energy. This is a labor of love. Yes, it's tiring and stressful, but it is worth it. Our local musicians and music fans of all ages deserve it. Music and community are worth all the work. This is my third year with PDX Pop Now and I am honored to be a steward of this organization. Please join me as we help local music not just survive, but thrive.

This Valentine’s Day, show some love to the Portland music scene by donating to the 15th annual free, local, all-ages PDX Pop Now! summer festival.

Our all-volunteer staff is hard at work planning the festival and we need YOU to help! We are committed to keeping the festival free and providing quality sound, staging and lights. Your donation makes this happen. 

PDX Pop Now! is integral to the Portland music scene. We provide a professional stage for Portland's up-and-coming bands and a free, inclusive, unforgettable music experience in all genres, for everyone. If you've ever attended the festival, you know it's well worth paying for so think of your donation as your ticket to the festival-one you get to choose the price for!
