The Cancer Resource Center impacted my family in a powerful way. In 2013 my mom was diagnosed with stage I lung cancer. The Cancer Resource Center gave us guidance as we started down the long road of fighting this disease. When my mom decided to pursue treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering, the people at the CRC helped us with transportation to NYC. The CRC also provided immeasurable emotional support to my mom and our family. To this day they continue to support my mom. Cancer is never fun, but they helped it become a positive journey as we kicked cancer's butt together. So, join me in supporting the Cancer Resource Center's mission, so they can have a greater impact on our community. The mission of the Cancer Resource Center is to create and sustain a community of support for people living with and affected by cancer.
