About Summer Animal care Intern

Care for the wide range of domesticated to exotic animals at The Zoo in Forest Park. Attend and assist in educational trips at local schools, nursing homes, hospitals etc. Communicate and educate the local community about animals that we keep at the zoo. Help educate campers at the zoo as well. Complete multiple enrichment projects for the animals to stay busy and have fun. Learn a lot about the animals while serving at the zoo! Later, present my findings and experience to the Biology department in the fall.
