About Volunteer at Zoo Brew
Support the Jackson Zoo by volunteering at Zoo Brew on Friday, April 7th.
Volunteers will assist with setup, ticket lines, bands, wing eating competition and more! Must be 21 or over and have valid ID.
Application Process
Must be 21 or over
We need volunteers to help with:
Event Set Up
April 7, 2017 2:30pm – 5:30pm
Assist with general set up duties such as table placement, vendor check in, hang banners, etc. Some lifting is required.
Who volunteered?
Restaurant, Homebrew and Wing Comp. Assistant
April 7, 2017 4:00pm – 7:30pm
Set up soda/water stations for self serve. Run ice to home brewers from ice truck. Take plates, cutlery, and napkins to restaurants when needed. Help setup and clean up wing eating competition on stage.
Who volunteered?
Ticket Line
April 7, 2017 4:30pm – 7:30pm
Assist guest with line selection for Will Call, prepaid, cash or credit lines. Be versed in event details and music schedule to answer questions. Must have friendly personality.

Merchandise Table
April 7, 2017 4:00pm – 9:00pm
Sell merchandise, hand out VIP bags to VIP ticket holders, responsible for cash and credit card sales. Breaks will be assigned for all working this booth.

Tasting Cup Pickup Table
April 7, 2017 4:00pm – 7:00pm
Hand out tasting cups to VIP and Gen Admission ticket holders. Explain wing eating competition rules and sign up sheet to guest. Be versed in event details
