About Become a Mock Interviewer and Help Clients Land Jobs!

Mock Interview volunteers help prepare YES clients for job interviews by providing crucial feedback, helping clients sharpen their interviewing skills while building confidence. It's fun and fulfilling.

This is a great fit for those with a background in HR or hiring, and is especially good for those who prefer an individualized approach to mentoring.

All mock interviews are currently held virtually via Zoom. Training is provided.

Each mock interview is about 45 minutes long, and usually scheduled every Wednesday and Thursday afternoon in designated timeslots.

Requirements:
Must enjoy working with youth and young adults;
Must have some interviewing, corporate or HR experience;
Must notify YES staff of cancelation at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment;
Dress in business casual attire when conducting interviews (no jeans or t-shirts);
Must be 18 years of age or older.
