We need volunteers to help with:
Caterer's Assistant
November 4, 2017 6:30pm – 9:30pm
Assist our caterer in taking trays of hors d'oeuvres to tables and removing empty trays.
Decorator
November 4, 2017 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Assist us with decorating and preparing the library for the evening's event.
Coat check
November 4, 2017 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Take guest's coats and give tickets
Coat check
November 4, 2017 8:00pm – 9:30pm
Take tickets & retrieve guest's coats
Ticket table
November 4, 2017 6:45pm – 8:45pm
Check guests in as each arrives, compare with list of ticketholders, sell tickets.
