About Billy O'Bryan

We are cleaning up our parks for any hazardous materials, syringes, or the like.. We will also be handing out free Narcan and Fentanyl test strips. We ask that if you volunteer you wear tennis shoes. No open sandals since we are in a park and will likely be in high brushed areas. We will meet out front at Ky Harm Reduction and head to the area after the safety training!
