About Adult Computer Lab Assistant

Performs direct customer service duties, assistance and instruction on the use of library computers.
Essential Functions: Assists and instructs library patrons in the use of library computers, email, software, electronic resources and general internet applications. Assist patrons with the printers, copiers & fax machines. Assist users in connecting to internet. Answer basic questions regarding the library, stock, resume building/guidance, computer usage etc. Guides patrons thru website navigation.

Volunteer must complete an application & pass a State Child Abuse Clearance. Must be able to stand, squat, bend, and lift while interacting with Adults while assisting in computer use.
