About Staff WA2S Amplify Austin Mission Control

Up to 5 volunteers are needed to work with the World Animal Awareness Society Amplify Austin team in person at Mission Control (Austin Public).

Executive Director Tom McPhee along with board president Deanna McPhee will be hosting volunteers manning the Mission Control space at Austin Public.

On Thursday, February 28 from 6:00 PM until midnight and from noon on Friday March 1 through 6:00 PM team WA2S will be working from Mission Control. Snacks for volunteers included.

If you volunteer either day you'll get to meet Arthur Yoria and Rita his rescue puppy . Rita & Arthur will joining Tom and Deanna on a live broadcast from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM on February 28 and from noon to 1:00 PM from Studio 2 talking about their long association with the World Animal Awareness Society and how Rita saved Arthur's life.
