Golf Tournament July 27th at Glen Oak Golf Course.

We need volunteers to help with:
Fill gift bags
July 27, 2016 8:45am – 10:00am
Each golfer gets a bag so they need to be filled before they arrive with all the goodies we will have
Carry baskets and boxes
July 27, 2016 9:00am – 11:00am
Lots of boxes and baskets need to be carried from cars to patio area
Registration table
July 27, 2016 9:30am – 11:30am
Collect payment, tell golfers where cart is, get gift bag and shirt. Also a food ticket for lunch
Hole watchers and contests
July 27, 2016 11:00am – 4:30pm
We contests on select holes that people need to either run or watch. Also two kegs
Sell raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets
July 27, 2016 4:00pm – 7:00pm
