About Wizarding Weekend Volunteer (House Elves, Owls, & Prefects)

Volunteers will be required to:
-Work either morning of set up or after event clean up (three hour shift)
-Work a minimum of 3 hours in a row (with scheduled breaks) at their volunteer station
-Attend a mandatory training session one week before the event
-Agree to wear a special Volunteer t-shirt and/or Volunteer lanyard for their shift
Volunteers will be assigned to one of these three teams and scheduled as close to the preferences entered on the volunteer application as possible.
-House Elves: trash, traffic, line control, logistics, etc.
-Owls: information, communication, selling t-shirts, runners, etc.
-Prefects: house sorting, managing each of the houses, horcrux & maps assistants
