About Non-Clinical Positions

Our volunteer team includes those who are not licensed professionals as well. Non-clinical roles are crucial to successfully assisting those who come to us for care.

Non-Clinical positions include:
• Office staff support (answering phones, filing, organization)
• Eligibility and Referral Specialist (DOH training required and provided)
• Facility Maintenance
• Coordinator Assistants
• Interpreters & Translators
• Weekly cleaning/upkeep of facility
• Scanning/uploading of documents into EMR (requires computer skills)
• Webpage/Social Media development and maintenance
• Data entry
