About The PLACE Volunteer (We Find COMMUNITY in Love)
We are so in love with the special PLACE for refugee support here in Amarillo. There are so many opportunities to get involved during our business hours.
Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm
Friday 9am-1pm
*After school (“Extra Hours”) are from 3:00pm-5:00pm working with school aged children K-12.

“Extra Hours”/After School Program
Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-5:00pm
Working with kids from PreK-12th grade with homework assistance and providing a safe place to be together after school.
Tutoring, snack captain, crafting, reading assistance, general help…. There are so many ways you can be a part of this youth focusing program!

Community Table
This is a time once a month that we come together and share a meal and fellowship at the PLACE. If you would like to sponsor a Community Table and/or volunteer, let’s talk about dates available!
