About "Volunteer Recruitment for Brand New 501(c)(3) Non Profit"

Volunteering Rocks, Inc. is a brand new 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit in search of building a Board of Directors. Our needs are as follows...
Voluteers experienced in 1 or multiple committees listed below in order to take this nonprofit to its adolescent stage;
1) Governance/ Nominating Committee
2) Finance/Audit Committee
3)Fundraising/Development Committee
4)Executive Committee
Our wants are as follows...
1) In-kind & or conditional contributions customized to our nonprofit needs.
2)Nonprofit Fundraising experience
3)Volunteers for next year's calendar events, projects & programs.
4) Cash donations

Short Term Strategic Plan: (BoardCharacteristics) Reach our Adolescent Stage with experienced board members (volunteers) by or before October 2014 who truly understand and agree with what is expected of them and are fully capable of fulfilling their roles effectively and effortlessly. We seek volunteers who not only support our cause(s) financially, but are truly passionate, and enthusiastic about any and all of our nonprofit causes.

Long Term Strategic Plan:

Operating in our Adolescent Stage ( Board Characteristics) on a statewide level in 2 years.

Operating in our Mature Stage on a nationwide level in 5 years.

Operating in our Mature Stage on a International level in 10 years.
