Help fight us fight poverty and hunger right here in East Lansing by helping families at Edgewood Village to become self-sufficient and to develop healthier food alternatives in their local community. Join us at Edgewood Community Gardens (which includes the the hoop-house/green house, children's gardens and Thyme garden) this Saturday July 25 from 9 – 1. Please join us at this one-day event to help us weed community plots and walkways, prune tomato buckets, water, clean and organize the garden shed, post sign for composting bin and clean out & organize the storage area. We appreciate your assistance in helping residents to grow fresh and delicious produce for their families as well as beautifying our garden.
