About Edgewood Village Garden Program Volunteer

Spring Planting Day
Position Description: Volunteers needed to help residents of Edgewood Village plant initial crops/seedlings for garden season and help plant initial crops/seedlings in community donation/distribution plots.

Qualifications: Must be friendly and able to interact with diverse groups of people. Gardening is a plus but not required. A volunteer application and background check is required. Trainings provided: Volunteer orientation will take place from 4pm-5pm on the day of the program. Topics include: Background information, program information, basic gardening skills.
