About SeptemberFest 2026: Gulch Goes Galactic

The largest event in downtown Helena, SeptemberFest combines the SoapBox Derby, the United Way Fun Fest, and the Sauter Balloon Festival into a 3 day long Montana Extravaganza. With the Derby Car Calcutta, the races down 6th Ave, the donuts rolling during the fun run, and the balloons flying, you will not find a more event in Helena. All proceeds go to supporting the United Way's programs that support YOUR community!
