About UUMC Open Door: Serving Our Unhoused Neighbors

UUMC Open Door offers weekly volunteer opportunities for interested individuals and groups within the Austin area. Open Door prepares and serves a meal to Austin area homeless and working poor members of our community (men, women and children) on Saturday morning. The program also operates a clothing store on Saturday morning that serves the same community. Volunteer opportunities during the week are also available for those wishing to help sort and/or stock the clothing store.
