Administrative members provide the fire company with the skills required to run the 'business' side of the fire company. Administrative members can be firefighters as well, but are not required to respond for fire calls. Being an administrative member requires knowledge in business and financial management, budget preparation, personnel management, and many other areas. Administrative members include the President, Vice President, Secretaries, Treasurers, and Trustees. The administrative positions have significant impact on the direction and play a crucial role in the success of our organization.
