About UP Daytime Volunteers

UP depends on volunteers MWF right now during our operating hours 9am-1pm. Volunteers assist with sorting and filing mail, welcoming guests, managing the shower and laundry, helping inventory donations and supporting the staff. If you’d like to volunteer but aren’t sure you can help the full shift, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’d love to have you and will work to figure out a way for you to join us.

Application Process

To join us, please fill out the application and complete the background check by clicking the link here: https://www.uplouisville.org/volunteer

Once these items are received, our Volunteer Coordinator will contact you to discuss the various roles and your availability, and you’ll receive a link where you can sign up for the shifts you want to work.
