Sweet Potato Drop!

About Sweet Potato Drop!
Help fight food insecurity in the Pine Belt during homecoming! Join together with the local USM community to help bag sweet potatoes to be given out to low-income families in the area! An 18-wheeler full of sweet potatoes will be on campus, and they will unload thousands of sweet potatoes for volunteers to bag! Those sweet potatoes will be delivered to food pantries in family-sized portions to be enjoyed across the Pine Belt. Nutritious sweet potatoes are only one “drop” away for families!
We need volunteers to help with:
Set-Up
October 11, 2017 7:00am – 8:00am
Volunteers will assist with moving various items from the CCE office to the Sweet Potato Drop location.
