About Read Across America Day

Reading is FUN! Sign up to read to a group of elementary school students at Hawkins Elementary on Read Across America Day. Volunteers will be reading Dr. Seuss books and doing a small craft with the children. Interested volunteers will need to arrive at Hawkins around 12:45 pm on Friday, March 3 and will be given a book and craft supplies with instructions. AmeriCorps members and CCCE staff will be there to assist!
