Noxubee County Middle School Science Fair Judges
November 18, 2015 7:00am
Judges will be working in pairs and assessing projects on display beside the student scientists themselves. They will be judging the science, inquiry, writing and communication skills exhibited for each project. We are looking for individuals that have a sufficient background which enables them to critique the students’ work. Ideally, we would like volunteers from around the community, students majoring in various disciplines, and surrounding towns as well. The middle school students have been developing and applying their skills around inquiry and are independently researching content areas in science that are new to them. They are developing work and character traits such as taking initiative and commitment in directing their own learning as well. They would deeply appreciate all efforts to support their efforts. Certificates of service will be issued for volunteering and refreshments will be provided for judges.
