About United Way Day of Caring

On Sept. 12, 2014, join more than 1,300 volunteers throughout Stark County in United Way’s Annual Day of Caring! You and your co-workers will assist with a variety of hands-on projects at nonprofits/agencies and see first-hand what good work is happening in our community! The morning kicks off at 7:30 a.m.at Lowe's Garden Center on the Strip in Jackson Township.

When employees volunteer for a Day of Caring project they will:
--Help area nonprofits/agencies complete much-needed projects.
--Gain a better understanding of how United Way gifts are helping our community through health and human service programs.
--Showcase your organization’s volunteer spirit and commitment to making Stark County a better place to live and work.
--AND…have fun while building team spirit and morale!
