About S.O.A.R. Program Volunteer

The SOAR program is a pilot program created to provide financial assistance for LG&E up to $200 per month for 6 months. During those months, community members who choose to participate in the program will work with volunteers and staff to develop and complete self-sufficiency goals in order to stay enrolled in the program. Once enrolled, community members will meet with program staff on a monthly basis, and during those meetings they will complete a monthly progress report and discuss the ongoing progress towards meeting the goals they set.
We are asking for volunteers to help facilitate these monthly meetings and track the progress of the program participants. This will be a completely virtual volunteer opportunity and meetings will be held online
