About UCA Mentor (17-18 School Year)

We are looking for SIX new UCA Mentors for our new #UCAscholars to serve during the 2017-2018 school year! Our UCA Mentor program is one of our key ways of supporting and encouraging our students. In our school, we want each student to have a Christian adult who makes a weekly, one hour commitment to spend time with them. This is a critical piece of the support system we have for our students, because it gives them another caring adult who is there for them. Someone they can depend on. Someone they can look up to.

We've got students ages 9-15 who will need a Mentor for this school year. Ideally, we like to match up our students with a Bible-believing Christian of the same sex. College students, working professionals, and retirees are all welcome to serve!

We promise it will be a highlight of your week every week! And you'll find your UCA student to always have a smile and a hug waiting for you.

Application Process

This volunteer position requires a background check.
