About Alliance Breakfast with Santa Dec 14th & 15th 2018
Calling all Santa's helpers! The Hospital Alliance will host the annual breakfast with Santa on Dec. 15th 7am-10am in the School of Medicine. Helpers needed for set up on Dec. 14th and to help on the 15th with arts & crafts, registration, and food service and clean up. A fun way to jump start your holiday spirit!
Application Process
Sign up and show up.
We need volunteers to help with:
Dec 14th set up in SOM 2pm-8pm
Set up for breakfast and arts and crafts
Food Service Elves
Help with hot chocolate bar and breakfast service
Registration Rudolphs
Help with registration of guests
Packing up Santa for the North Pole 10am-1pm
Make it look as though Santa and 100 lil children were never there it was all just a dream :) Clean up and put away time.
Crafty Elves
Assist little hands at the craft tables.
