About Making Strides Against Breast Cancer -- Grad School Walking Team

Making Strides is the largest network of breast cancer events in the nation. The goal of these events is not just to walk but to raise money to fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and provide patient services like free rides to chemo, free places to stay near treatment, and a live 24/7 cancer helpline. This is a WALK, not a timed race and there’s no fee to participate—just an option to donate when you sign-up. It begins at 9:00 am on the 26th.
