About Become a TIP Mentor!
Open to participants ages 13 and up, our Teen Independence Program (TIP) includes youth leadership discussions, the job readiness checklist, and professional workshops to improve hard and soft skills.
TIP Mentors commit to no less than three hours per month to assist high school students in completing the Job Readiness Checklist and supporting them through the next step in the employment journey. This can include support in finding part-time opportunities, internships, and volunteer work that will help built the youth's professional profile.
