About Summer Friends to Play at Camp!
You will work hand-in-hand assisting staff and campers in a diverse range of activities areas such as swimming, arts & crafts, music, nature study, rock-climbing, and other fun camp based activities. The overarching goal of the program is to teach the universal and wide-ranging skills of leadership that can be used within the school setting, home, and community.
- Ages 14 and older
- Individuals can volunteer from one – three weeks at a time.
- Intensive training will be provided, as well as food and on-site shared housing.
- Annual program dates - June – August
Application Process
Complete 5 minute online application at www.truefriends.org/volunteer.
A member of Volunteer Services will contact you to learn a little more about why you're wanting to volunteer and match you with the best program fit for your interests and schedule.
Accepted volunteers will need to complete forms including: background check if over the age of 18, health history, and release forms.
