About Youth Tennis Instructor

As a youth tennis instructor at the Letts First Serve After School Program, you will help provide instruction to players ages 9-18. Players are separated into 3 groups. 3rd-5th grade, 6-8th grade, and High School. You will work with the Director of Tennis to deliver lessons that include dynamic warm ups, basic tennis skills, and skill progression. Lessons will take place in the gym on an indoor court. Each group plays for 30-40 minutes and then rotates to their next part of the day. If you are enthusiastic and want to teach children to love the sport of tennis please contact us!

Application Process

Applicants will need to fill out a background check with the City of Lansing along with other Todd Martin Youth Leadership paperwork.
