About Us

The Thousand Oaks Library opened in 1982. The 84,000 square foot building is located at 1401 E. Janss Rd. in Thousand Oaks. The branch library is located at 2331 Borchard Road in Newbury Park. The Thousand Oaks Library compliments the services of other community agencies by providing high interest materials, resources for reference and life-long learning and a variety of cultural and informative programs and exhibits for both children and adults.
