About Leavenworth Ale Fest

Grab your lederhosen and join us at The Leavenworth Ale-Fest, Leavenworth’s first beer festival. The inaugural festival took place on back in April 2007. Since then, it has grown each year into what it is today. A fun event that inspires competition for breweries, food booths and more.

Always held in the Leavenworth Festhalle in downtown Bavarian Leavenworth, it is the ideal setting to experience award winning beer, great music and dancing. Breweries participate from all over the country. The festival also features food from some of Leavenworth's best restaurants and catering companies.

Most important, the fest raised monies to benefit the non-profit Leavenworth Nutcracker Museum. An integral and very important part of the Leavenworth community.

Date: Friday, April 17 through Sunday, April 19, 2015.
We will be arriving in Leavenworth on Friday. Volunteering at the event Saturday afternoon (helping with general events needs and during beer for the masses) and then enjoying the festival ourselves from 7pm to close. Sunday morning we’ll all connect for brunch and we’re working on a special tour for our group (details to come).

Costs
We have reserved cabin space for volunteers at this event. There are six people per cabin and we will be sharing. (If you prefer more private accommodations please email us and we will assist you in making those accommodations.)Your $40 camping ticket includes your spot in the cabin, some food, Ninkasi beer and non-alcoholic beverages, hot tub access, shower and bathroom access, and other activities
