Who We Are

The World is Fun is a Charitable Social Club in Seattle that has grown from an obsession over beard and mustaches into a 100% volunteer run organization. In just five years, we’ve worked with over 70 nonprofits and have given over $990,000 in service back to our Seattle community. But, we’re not stopping there.

What We Need & What You Get

On GivingTuesday we’re seeking $2,500 to assist in our philanthropic and social programs, all of which directly benefit the Seattle community. We have a mission to get Seattleites involved in giving back to their community and our programs focus on specific areas of impact – People, Businesses, Nonprofits and Events – and are tailored to the needs and interests of the community. From cooking meals and assisting foster kids to co-hosting community festivals and developing unique charitable marketing campaigns, your donation will help show the world that community involvement isn’t a chore – it makes the whole world fun.

Other Ways to Give

Giving Tuesday is about giving, not just dollars, and we want to invite those of you who don’t have the dollars to give back in unconventional ways this year! 

 GET SOCIAL! Spread the word of TWIF with your social networks to help us reach our #GivingTuesday goal! One share can generate an $18 donation on average! Here are some sample messages:
