About Volunteer to Sort Donated Food in Mount Kisco

The Mount Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry is holding a food drive during the week leading up to MLK Day and need volunteers to help sort the donated food.

Requested items:

• Shelf stable milk (Parmalat)
• Boxes of cereal
• Black beans
• Low sodium soups
Other canned goods will be accepted, but the focus is on the items above--this is their greatest need. Please check that the expiration date has not passed before donating items.

Volunteers are needed to sort and organize the donated food.

If you are unable to drop off food during the week, you are welcome to drop off food during the sorting project.

This is a great opportunity for families to discuss hunger in our community. If you would like resources for your discussion, please email Katie.

*This is a family-friendly project for children 8 and over. If you are interested in signing up as a family, please choose Sign up with a team. Thanks!
