Most people who experience cardiac arrest at home, work or in a public location die because they don't receive immediate CPR from someone on the scene. As a bystander, don't be afraid. Your actions can only help.
Attend a hands-only CPR training during 9/11: Serve + Remember. You will learn what you can do to help someone in need. You might just save a life!
This opportunity is an extension of Volunteer New York!’s “9/11: Serve + Remember” Day of Service event. There are almost 30 meaningful ways you can give back in your community from September 11th through the 13th and honor the memories of those who were lost by being a part of this community-wide action event.
