About Gilda's Stair Climb
On Monday, October 7th we will be holding a fundraising climb at The White Plains Ritz-Carlton, the largest building between NYC and Boston. Participants will be climbing 42 flights to fundraise to help support Gilda's Club and its efforts to support people whose lives have been touched by cancer. We will also hold a post-climb party on the top floor of the Building, Resturant 42.

How you can help
We are looking for local volunteers (including high school and college students), who are able to serve as 'Route Marshalls'. It is the responsiblity of these volunteers to keep watch on the route and ensure that the participants can safely make it to the top. There are other volunteer needs and volunteers could have more then one responsibility depending on how many people register and if they have any special skills to offer (ie. photographers, vip managers, press relations, etc.). This is a great way for students to fulfill community service hours while helping individuals and families affected by cancer.
