About Assistance needed for Tutoring/Homework Help/Classroom

The Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester, established in 1939, is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving youth, ages 6 months to 18 years, from more than 60 Northern Westchester communities. Located in Mt. Kisco, New York, our 36,000 sq. ft. facility (link to facility rental page) features an eight-lane pool, child care center, gymnasium, games room, computer labs, and an additional 1,600 sq. ft. Teen Center facility. Our 12-acre property includes playing fields, two playgrounds, nature trails, and community and children’s gardens.

About the Role
Volunteers are needed for tutoring, homework help, and general assistance in classrooms. Because we are serious about our responsibility for the children in our care, all volunteers who will be working directly with children are required to undergo a thorough screening process, following the guidelines set by the Office of Children and Family Services.
