About Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:
Assist in establishing our social media strategy and be primary point person for our day-to-day support and various duties as assigned.
Help maintain our online contact database.
Create, design and track outgoing email.
Be comfortable tracking & quantifying your results.
Provide excellent customer service support to our audience via social media and incoming emails.
Monitor social media impact, engagement, reach and traffic metrics.
Help prepare regular reports on referral traffic, email and social media campaigns.
