About Program and Community Coordinator

Program Management
1. Prepare and edit donor proposals, work plans and budget estimates, network with agency partners in program planning, execution and evaluation for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
2. Support interventions, track impacts, and train volunteers for campaign projects.
3. Design local needs assessments for program development and planning, e.g. health, governance, enterprise and education seminars, and collate material for our outreach newsletter.
4. Contribute to developing board reports.

Marketing and Social Media
1. Grow our social media following and keep our pages vibrant and active, respond to social media questions and requests for information about the organization
2. Develop copy and graphics and post in social media sized chunks on our various pages.
3. Support the program, as well as our partners and volunteers; in branding and marketing.

Research
1. Collate relevant data and maintain electronic files - documents, images - for future reference.
2. Support the program and marketing coordinators as well as our partners and volunteers with any information and writing assistance.
